Cut&Run analysis for transcription factors in DND-41 cells

Cut&Run analysis was performed in DND-41 cells to analyze the basal level of H3K27ac and DNA bindings of BRG1 and RUNX1 after DMSO or ACBI-1 treatment. Overall design: Treated DND-41 cells were incubated with CUTANA pA/G-Mnase. Chromtin fragments were purified utilizing a Cutana DNA purification kit. Libraries were generated using a NEBNext Ultra II DNA library prep kit and analyzed on Illumina NovaSeq at GENEWIZ Azenta Life Sciences Co. Ltd.
