Data for Eco-evolutionary Responses of Species Distributions to Climate Change
收藏资源简介:
The "RangeShiftData" dataset supports the study "Eco-evolutionary Responses of Species Distributions to Climate Change." It consists of: (1) a excel file containing species range shift rates, along with detailed taxonomic information, geographic coordinates, climate niche metrics, and global distribution patterns, as well as a corresponding "README" file that describes the variables; (2) a phylogenetic tree in NWK format, which includes 730 species; and (3) an R script for data analysis. The "GBIF_sources_740" dataset comprises 740 CSV files, which serve as the original data source from the Global Biodiversity Information Facility (GBIF) on the global occurrences of species used in this study. Each species is provided in a separate CSV file, detailing the geographic coordinates and temporal information for each occurrence record.
