资源简介:
This dataset includes behavioral responses from a touchscreen-based oddity task and pupillometry measurements collected during a passive viewing task in rhesus macaques (Macaca mulatta).
In the touchscreen task, monkeys were required to select an odd image presented among distractor images. In the passive viewing task, animals were trained to maintain central fixation while four masked stimuli were periodically replaced with snake or flower images and then reverted to masks.
These data were used in the study titled “Amygdala damage only partially disrupts affective responses to predator threat in macaques .” All analyses were conducted using MATLAB R2025b. The dataset includes raw data and scripts for reproducing the figures.
