Mid-density genotyping platform design for Cannabis sativa (HASCH)

GBS sequencing of hemp accessions mostly from the Leibniz Institute of Plant Genetics and Crop Plant Research (IPK). These are used to supplement published whole genome and RNA-Seq sequences for designing of high-throughput mid-density genotyping panel (HASCH).
