The Candidate Survey in Bergen, 2018

The Candidate Survey in Bergen is conducted every other year and is aimed at former students at the educational institutions of Western Norway University of Applied Sciences (HVL), the University of Bergen (UiB) and Norwegian School of Economics (NHH), one and a half years to two years after graduation. The purpose of the study is to produce information and better insights into the career prospects of graduates from educational institutions in the Bergen area. Especially their working conditions after graduation, as well as retrospective assessments of the educational institutions' preparation of students for the labor market in their respective fields.

Note: As a result of mergers in the field of education, the 2018 survey includes candidates from Bergen Academy of Art and Design (included among the UiB graduates), as well as candidates from Sogn og Fjordane University College and Stord/Haugesund University College. These are included among the HVL graduates, along with graduates from HVL.
