Eastern Shore Islands Offshore eDNA surveys

We sampled environmental DNA in four offshore transects in the Eastern Shore Islands area of interest in Nova Scotia in 2021, 2022, and 2023, with a subset of stations sampled again in fall 2025. The goal of the project was to create an eDNA baseline of fish and invertebrates for the area, as well as monitoring data at regular sampling stations to detect potential changes over time.
