The folder contains the <i>Bacillus antharcis</i> cgMLST genes and the typing results of 584 <i>B. anthracis</i> strains. The schema was originally created with SeqSphere and formatted for use with the chewBBACA software as an alternative command line-based open-source program for allele calling. The snakemake application of chewBBACA, called chewieSnake v2.0.0-52-g01c32bb (accessed in July 2020; https://gitlab.com/bfr_bioinformatics/chewieSnake) was used, and the typing results are summarised in an html report written by Carlus Deneke. <br>This scheme is also available and can be used via PubMLST database (https://pubmlst.org/organisms/bacillus-cereus). <br>
