Samples were analysed on first round. · <strong>“Validation round 2”:</strong> Same samples were analysed on second round. · <strong>“Validation round 3”:</strong> Same samples were analysed on third round. · <strong>“Validation round 4”:</strong> Same samples were analysed on fourth round. · <strong>“Validation round 5”:</strong> Same samples were analysed on fifth round. · <strong>“Abs recovery”:</strong> LC-MS/MS files used for calculation of absolute recovery (recovery factor). Three replicates at level 23 ng/L and three replicas at level 500 ng/L. For runs REC_XXX_X internal sample was added before extraction, for runs REC_XXX_REFX internal standard was added after extraction. · <strong>“M1 vs M2”:</strong> LC-MS/MS files used for preparation fig 2. RP_M1 file represents output file, which was obtained by analysis of Sample S3 in accordance with Method 1 (reverse phase SPE). NP_M2 was acquired in same conditions, but sample was treated in accordance with Method 2 (normal phase SPE). · <strong>“S1-S9”:</strong> List of LC-MS/MS files acquired for running samples S1-S9, prepared in accordance with Method 2. File were recorded during 2021-2023.
