Intestinal composition and diversity analysis of CUMS mice

The purpose of this study was to explore the anti-depressant effect of Ziyan green tea and its mechanism. 16S rRNA was used to determine the composition and diversity of intestinal microorganisms in mice after different treatment interventions. Explore the mechanism of anti-depression from the perspective of intestinal microbes.
