We hypothesized that crosstalk between non-coding RNAs, including microRNA (miRNA), lncRNA and circRNA might play a critical role in keloids development and physiology. To reveal the molecular mechanisms involved in the pathogenesis of keloids, we compared expression profiles of lncRNA and circRNAs in keloid and normal skin tissues.
