This dataset contains the experimental data, molecular dynamics simulation data, and analysis codes supporting the study of dielectric friction and the breakdown of the Stokes–Einstein relation in aqueous ion transport. The experimental component includes nanopore-based ionic transport measurements obtained from nanopores with characteristic diameters of 50 nm, 250 nm, and 500 nm, together with scanning electron microscopy (SEM) images used for structural characterization. Raw time-resolved ionic current trajectories and corresponding analysis scripts are provided. The simulation component consists of molecular dynamics simulations performed under different electrostatic conditions, including electric-field–driven ion transport, fixed charged ion simulations, and fixed uncharged ion simulations. All simulation input files, force field definitions, raw outputs, and post-processed analysis results are included. In addition, this dataset provides all scripts used for data processing and for generating the figures presented in the associated Physical Review Letters manuscript. The data and code together enable transparent inspection and reproduction of the main results reported in the study.
