This archive contains MATLAB scripts, input datasets, and processed outputs used in Robinson, Bianchi et al. (JGR, 2025) to analyze dissolved oxygen variability in the Santa Barbara Basin and surrounding Santa Barbara Channel (1985–2023). The package includes hydrographic and UV data, gridded products, and derived analyses in multiple formats (MATLAB, NetCDF, CSV, ASCII). Companion scripts are hosted on GitHub (https://github.com/danielebian/sbb_o2_mapping_code).
