Dargestellt wird der Supervisionsprozess eines Teams in der Altenpflege im Rahmen von sieben Sitzungen in einem Zeitraum von einem halben Jahr. Die Supervision wurde mit den Methoden des integrativen Ansatzes durchgeführt. Schwerpunkt der Supervision war die Teamentwicklung in einem Team, das über längere Zeit keine offizielle Leitung hatte. Vor allem wurde das Kommunikations- und Kooperationsverhalten thematisiert, das es unter Bedingungen unklarer Rollenzuweisungen, hochgradiger Diversität und hoher Arbeitsbelastung zu fördern galt. The supervision process of a team in geriatric care is presented during seven sessions over a period of six months. The supervision was carried out with the methods of the integrative supervision. The focus of the supervision was the team development in a team that had no official direction for a long time.
