Comparative effect of 6 months of mepolizumab and benralizumab on peripheral blood gene expression

This study compares baseline and post-treatment peripheral blood transcriptomes from patients with severe eosinophilic asthma treated with mepolizumab or benralizumab. The project aims to characterize shared and divergent molecular responses to IL-5/IL-5RA blockade and to identify transcriptomic biomarkers related to therapeutic response.
