ALIGN Dataset Sample

This is a small sample dataset of a longitudinal imaging a single wild type C. elegans worm trapped in an agarose based microchamber over the course of its entire larval development. The animal is expressing a bright red fluorophore in all somatic tissues and a bright green fluorophore in the pharynx. This dataset is intented to be used to test the features of ALIGN (Automated Longitudinal Image-based Growth aNalyzer), available here : https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.22935125.
