Python code and supplementary material for "Reaction Order as a Dispersion Index: A Rate-Constant Spectrum Theory Unifying Classical Biochemical Oxygen Demand Models and Quantifying Irreducible Uncertainty in Dissolved-Oxygen Sag Prediction"
收藏资源简介:
This repository contains the Python source code, computational workflows, and supplementary materials accompanying the manuscript: "Reaction Order as a Dispersion Index: A Rate-Constant Spectrum Theory Unifying Classical Biochemical Oxygen Demand Models and Quantifying Irreducible Uncertainty in Dissolved-Oxygen Sag Prediction." The repository includes: • Python scripts implementing the master rate-constant spectrum formulation for biochemical oxygen demand (BOD) kinetics.• Parameter-estimation routines for the gamma rate-constant spectrum.• Singular-value decomposition (SVD) analysis of the inverse Laplace problem.• Bootstrap uncertainty propagation for dissolved-oxygen (DO) sag predictions.• Scripts used to generate all figures and tables presented in the manuscript.• Derived parameter estimates and summary results produced during this study.• Documentation describing the computational workflow and software requirements. No copyrighted experimental datasets are included in this repository. The BOD time-series analysed in this study are reproduced neither in whole nor in part and remain the property of their original publishers. Readers should obtain the original datasets from the cited publications: Borsuk, M.E., & Stow, C.A. (2000). Water Research, 34(6), 1830–1836. Hendriarianti, E., & Karnaningroem, N. (2015). Journal of Applied Environmental and Biological Sciences, 5(12), 36–41. The archived material enables complete reproduction of the analyses, parameter estimation, uncertainty propagation, and figures presented in the manuscript once the original published datasets are supplied.
