We aim to the investigate the role of MST1/2 inhibitor XMU-MP-1 in kindy renal clear cell carcinoma (ccRCC) progression. 786-O cells were used as the model. Overall design: The 786-O cells were treated with vehicle or 4 µM XMU-MP-1 . After 6 hours, cells were harvested and the total RNA was extacted by Qiagen kit. The RNA sample was sent to BGI for RNA expression anaylsis.
