Code and data files: Intraguild interactions drive community dynamics in invasive ants
收藏资源简介:
This page includes the R script and data files required to replicate the analyses performed in the manuscript entitled "Intraguild interactions drive community dynamics in invasive ants". This work formed part of a PhD by Maximillian PTG Tercel to study the ecology of non-native ants on Round Island, Mauritius (funded by NERC, grant number NE/L002434/1). The analyses performed includes: Analysis of diet composition differences between ant species and seasons using R package 'mvabund' Visualisation of diet composition via NMDS Analysis of whether ants consume other ants as expected or disproportionate to their abundance using R package 'econullnetr' Co-occurrence analysis of ants inhabiting quadrats using R package 'cooccur' Analysis of behaviour dominance and building of dominance hierarchies using R package 'aniDom' Analysis of foraging time and relevant basic statistics using R package 'rstatix' Construction of hypergraphs to determine the extent of potential exploitation competition using R packages 'DHARMa', 'igraph', 'emmeans', and 'scatterpie' Additional R packages were used functionally as laid out in the R script.
