Rice stripe virus-derived siRNAs play different regulatory roles in host plant and vector insect [sRNA-Seq]

The planthoppers were reared on 2 cm to 3 cm seedlings of rice (Oryza sativa Huangjinqing) in glass incubators, which were sealed with a nylon mesh, at 25 ± 1°C, 80% relative humidity, and 16 h of light per day. The planthoppers were transferred to fresh rice seedlings every 8 days to ensure sufficient nutrition.
