Mice were randomly divided into three groups: Sham, MCAO, and MCAO+PC-EVs. Mice in the Sham and MCAO groups underwent the same surgical procedure, with the Sham group not undergoing ischemia. Mice in the MCAO group underwent cerebral ischemia, while those in the MCAO+PC-EVs group received PC-EVs injection into the lateral ventricle for 3 consecutive days following ischemia. Brain tissue was collected from each group for transcriptome analysis.
