RNAseq analysis of Sotorasib sensitive and cells acquired resistance to Sotorasib

To investigate the transcriptinal alterations in Sotorasib sensitive and cells acquired resistance to Sotorasib. The Sotorasib resistant cell lines of H358 and LU65 were generated following chronic treatment with Sotorasib. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of parental and resistant lines. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for NSCLC cells (H358 and LU65) cells and their Sotorasib resistant isogenic lines (H358-AMGR and LU65-AMGR). The experiment was perfomed in biologicall triplicates.
