Noble gas binding sites in proteins

The files contain the PDB IDs for proteins and the cartesian coordinates of noble gases bound to them, in the same coordinate system as the parent PDB file. The binding energies are also provided. Two types of file are provided for each noble gas, one set for proteins that have endogenous or exogenous ligands in the structures, and those that do not.
