Thick-lipped Ethiopian Labeobarbus

This ddRAD-seq set includes sequences from six sympatric pairs of the cyprinid fish Labeobarbus spp. with generalized and thick-lipped mouth phenotypes to check whether they are just polymorphic populations or separated species based on adaptive value of thick-lipped mouth.
