Several single nucleotide polymorphisms in the CD2AP gene have been associated with Alzheimer's disease. This dataset contains the RNA-Seq of mus musculus_7 m male Control,CD2AP_cKO,FAD,FAD_CD2AP_cKO hippocampus. Purified total RNA from hippocampal tissues were used to RNA-seq preparation. The cDNA was enriched by PCR amplification and sequenced on the DNB SEQ platform of Beijing Genomics Institute.
