It is well acknowledged that aging-induced DNA damage accumulation impairs hematopoietic stem cell (HSC). We conducted whole genome sequencing for young and aged HSPCs to identify Indels of them, and observed no significant increase of InDel (Insertion and Deletion) in aged HSPCs.
