Chronic pulmonary bacterial infections facilitate breast cancer lung metastasis with tumor-promoting MHCIIhi neutrophils

To investigate whether MHCIIhi neutrophils have tumor-promoting properties, we performed RNA-sequencing (RNA-seq) on MHCIIhi neutrophils and MHCIIlow neutrophils isolated from the lung and peripheral blood of tumor-bearing mice. Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for MHCIIhi neutrophils and MHCIIlow neutrophils (LP, LN, BP)
