Presented dataset contains the results of glucose concentration measurements in artificial urine (UriTea) using a fiber-optic sensor. The measurements were performed in the concentration range from 0 to 110 mg/dL, with a step of 2.5 mg/dL. The measurement setup consisted of a superluminescent diode (SLD, 1310 nm) as the optical light source, while an optical spectrum analyzer (Yokogawa AQ6319) was used for signal detection. The measurements were initially performed in air and phosphate-buffered saline, followed by measurements in artificial urine samples with glucose concentrations. The dataset is organized into folders corresponding to individual samples, where the glucose concentration is indicated in parentheses in the folder name (e.g., sample1(2.5) corresponds to 2.5 mg/dL).
