Draft genome sequence of strain Y7R2. Lolliginicoccus levis strain:Y7R2

For strain Y7R2 to become a type strain of a novel species of a novel genus, the total genomic DNA was sequenced on an iSeq 100 System (Illumina). The obtained reads were quality-filtered by trimmomatic ver 0.39 (Bolger et al., 2014) and assembled by Spades ver 3.1.2 (Bankevich et al., 2012). These assemblies were corrected by pilon ver 1.23 (Walker et al., 2014) and the coverages were checked through bowtie2 ver 2.3.4.3 (Langmead & Salzberg, 2012) and samtools ver 1.7 (Li et al., 2009). As a result, 35 contigs constituting 3.6 Mb were obtained with 152 x average coverage.
