EV_spatalk_demo

This dataset provides all source files required to reproduce the EV_SpaTalk workflow for inferring spatially resolved extracellular vesicle–mediated cell-cell interactions. The package includes: Preprocessed Seurat objects (st.rds, sc.rds) A pre-constructed S4 object (EV_spatalk_object.rds) A curated ligand-receptor interaction database All required R scripts and a demo script (EV_spatalk_demo_V1.R) These data were used for demonstration purposes.
