资源简介:
Optimal ABM parameter vectors (‘Young’ and ‘Aged’ MLEs, with 95% confidence intervals) that enable accurate simulation of rp.BFR data from young adult and senescent animals [12], [30], respectively. The optima (MLE) was estimated by maximizing likelihoods and involved simulating ∼2×109 cell ‘states’ per likelihood function evaluation, and required ∼5×105 function evaluations to determine the MLE, and ∼3×107 function evaluations to determine the confidence intervals (at 0.6 CPU seconds/function evaluation). Parameters significantly altered by aging are noted (#).
