Output - F-Active

This file contains the output of the PALMS run with female active initial population. To reproduce the physical activity trajectory graph, please follow the steps below:<br> <br> <strong>1. </strong>Run PALMS (DOI: 10.15161/oar.it/23467) with input parameters F-Active (DOI: 10.15161/oar.it/23479).<br> <br> <strong>2. </strong>To run the simulation use the PALMS OAR Reproducibility container (DOI: 10.15161/oar.it/23494).<br> <br> <strong>3. </strong>The run generates five CSV files. For this graph, get the 'SimYear' (column A) and 'Avg PA status' (column H) records in the "AnnualPSA&lt;date-time&gt;" CSV file.<br> <br> <strong>4. </strong>The data above will reproduce the F-Active graph.
