H3K4me3 and H3K27ac landscape in doxorubicin-resistant MDA-MB-231.

The impact of doxorubicin resistance induction in MDA-MB-231 on H3K4me3 and H3K27ac landscape. To produce resistant lines doxorubicin at a concentration of 1 uM was added to proliferating wild-type MDA-MB-231 cells. The treatment was repeated every 4 weeks or so, each time after the cells returned to their normal proliferation status. Library for sequencing was prepared using MGIEasy Cell-free DNA Library Prep Set and sequenced on MGI DNBSEQ-G400 using DNBSEQ-G400RS High-throughput Sequencing Kit from MGI.
