2PE-ISM images of mouse brain that is expressing YFP in neurons. The sample was produced with Thy1-EYFP-H transgenic mice, and cleared with LUCID. After clearing the sample was further treated with RapidClear. The images are from different penetration depths, between 200 um and 500 um. For dataset <i>20191218_181112_641 </i>there is also an image acquired with a non-descanned photomultiplier, for comparison. <br>
