This Zenodo record provides the ready-to-run MATLAB (R2025B) code + processed data for the manuscript “Subminute diagnostics reveal hidden heterogeneity of deep ageing patterns beyond capacity for second-life lithium-ion batteries.” It implements an end-to-end pipeline for subminute (30 s) cross-dimensional ageing assessment of deeply aged retired cells using pulse-inspection relaxation voltage (PIRV) and second-order RC equivalent-circuit internal states, enabling joint prediction of SOH, RUL, and four service-relevant health indicators beyond capacity. Included are the full project modules (0–8), the three processed datasets (OneCycle_1/2/3.mat) and extracted feature files (Feature_1/2/3_ALL.mat), scripts to reproduce the main and supplementary figures, benchmarking against 14 estimators, and cross-chemistry external validation on 10 open-source datasets.
