The provided data contains a standardized anatomical model of the rat barrel cortex. It contains: (1) Axon traces and their bouton locations (single_axon_boutons_ascii/), (2) post-synaptic subcellular target normalization information (PST/), (3) Excitatory/Inhibitory connections per post-synaptic cell type, per length and surface area of the postsynaptic cell (ConnectionsV8.csv), (4) amount of cells per cell type per column (nrCells.csv). The barrel_crotex.7z.00x are zipped versions for all files in this dataset, used for downloading via wget.
