Plantation Report 2024

The Gigatree France Project, led by the environmental organization GreenEarth Alliance, is an ambitious initiative to reforest key regions of France. Together with various local and international partners, we are committed to planting millions of trees for a greener and more sustainable future. This project is a direct response to current environmental challenges such as climate change, biodiversity loss and land degradation. Our dataset details reforestation efforts undertaken across the country. Each entry represents a separate project, describing the area concerned, the species of trees planted, the date of planting, the number of trees planted, the reforested area, as well as our valued partners. In addition, we highlight the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) objectives associated with each project, highlighting our commitment to environmental and social sustainability.
