Synthetic peptide from skeletal actin used to map the gastrokine-1 interface using H-NMR spectroscopy.

All peptides were obtained as previously described [22]. Protons from clearly identified actin residues are listed as involved in contact between actin and gastrokine-1 and the most complete H-NMR differential spectrum is provided in “Figure S7”. When no differential spectrum was established, the corresponding peptide is indicated as not involved in actin/gastrokine-1 complex formation.
