Saquinavir solubility study

The solubility study of a substance provides important information for the choice of the most suitable solvent for analytical uses, as well as in the choice of the most suitable vehicle for use in in vitro / in vivo tests. The study of the saquinavir solubility has applications in different experiments such as drug release study, dissolution studies and also for preformulation studies. With this, the present study aimed to evaluate the solubility of saquinavir in different media with diverse polarities.
