Barkley Canyon Mid-East Pan Tilt Lights Deployed 2010-05-16

The ROS Pan/Tilt with Lights 3020 was deployed on 2010-05-16 at Barkley Canyon Mid-East. Barkley Canyon Mid-East is a location in Barkley Canyon near a canyon wall.
