2003-2017 West River hydrometric data, Cape Bounty, Melville Island, Nunavut

The goal of the Cape Bounty Arctic Watershed Observatory (CBAWO) has been to undertake integrated hydrological and geomorphological research in paired watersheds, to determine the impact and feedbacks between hydroclimatic change and landscape stability in the Canadian High Arctic. At the West River hydrometric station, systematic collection of seasonal hydrometric data including: discharge, electrical conductivity, turbidity, suspended sediment concentration, and water temperature are collected during runoff period between June 1 and early August (varying by year). Due to logistical constraints, no hydrological measurements were made in 2011, 2013, and 2015.
