CD47 blocking antibody confers metabolic protective effects by promoting AMPK activation in skeletal muscle

Three samples were used in this study. They are from C57BL/6N mouse, CD47-/-, wild-type sedentary and exercise group mice that exercise continuously for 8 weeks, 6 days a week, at a speed of 15 m/min for 1 hour per day respectively. CD47-/- mice were generated using the CRISPR/Cas9 system, with a 5-bp deletion in exon 2 of the CD47 gene. Each sample has three biological replicates. For example, CON1, CON2, CON3, CD47-KO1, CD47-KO2, CD47-KO3, EX1, EX2 and EX3.
