Transcriptomic effects of the Eda haplotype in threespine-stickleback (Gasterosteus aculeatus). Gasterosteus aculeatus

RNAseq study to compare the transcriptome of marine sticklebacks with different Eda genotypes (CC, CL and LL). The goal was to compare the effect of the marine (C) and freshwater (L) Eda haplotypes on the transcriptome when fixed on a common genomic background (in this case a marine genome).
