Pedigrees

The file Pedigrees.zip includes pedigrees for all the scenarios we ran. Each file is named after the type of selection it ran (Gen for genomic and Class for conventional) followed by the availability of the initial training population (True / False), the number of phenotypic records per lactation ([1-11) and by the ratio of the cost of phenotyping and genotyping (2_1, 1_1, 1_2). The pedigree file contains Generation, individual's ID, father's ID, mother's ID, true genetic value (gvNormUnres1), phenotypic value (phenoNormUnres1), gender (sex) and herd number (herd).
