Illness Perception in Erectile Dysfunction: Associations with Depressive Symptoms, Erectile Function, and Short-Term Treatment Response

This dataset contains de-identified clinical and questionnaire-based data collected from adult men diagnosed with erectile dysfunction. The dataset includes demographic variables, clinical characteristics, erectile function scores (IIEF-5), depressive symptom scores (PHQ-9), and illness perception measures assessed using the Brief Illness Perception Questionnaire (B-IPQ). Longitudinal follow-up data at one and three months after initiation of phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitor therapy are also included. All data have been anonymized, and no personally identifiable information is contained in the dataset. The dataset is intended to support reproducibility and secondary analyses related to the psychological and clinical correlates of erectile dysfunction.
