Gene expression profile at single cell level of mouse wound tissue cells from Mrc1-DTR mice treated with PBS and diphtheria toxin (DTX)

Our finding that granulation tissue formation and wound closure were significantly attenuated by the reduction of CD206(Mrc1)+ macrophages. We used single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) to analyze intracellular communication of the wound site.
