TedSim (Pan et al., Nucleic Acids Research 2022) simulated scRNA-seq dataset of a differentiation trajectory containing 8,448 cells and 500 genes, provided as an AnnData object. For each cell, the dataset includes a (raw-counts) gene expression vector as well as a lineage barcode. We use this dataset to demonstrate the moslin method for mapping lineage-traced single-cells across time points in our tutorial. <br> Additionally, the AnnData object contains - the simulated lineage tree. - cell assignments to the TedSim state tree. - precomputed lineage cost matrices. - a coupling of early to late cells based on the ground-truth simulated lineage tree. <br> Please cite the TedSim software: https://doi.org/10.1093/nar/gkac235
