Raw data and processing code

Pre-processed ptychographical dataset stored in an .hdf5 file. Contains 750 ptychograms which are cropped to 1600x1600 pixels.Pre-processing consisted of:Subtracting a background image obtained with the same camera settings but with the sample moved to an empty locationCropping to an area of 1600 x 1600 pixels centered around the maximum of the averaged ptychogramMultiplying the data with a kaiser window of beta = 3.Processing code and a helper file (utils.py) are available to reproduce the results. See reconstruct.py for instructions. Be aware that the reconstruction was run on a system with a GPU with 40 GB RAM. It may not work on a smaller GPU.<br>
