This research aims the structural characterization (3D shape and atomic structure) of plasmonic nanostar with 4D-STEM aided by precession electron diffraction. The data was acquired in the University of Cambridge with a ThermoFischer Spectra 300 microscope equipped with a Quantum Detector Merlin) and the Nanomegas precession control system. Technical details are provided in the metadata file included.
