Atomic structure and 3D shape of a multi-branched plasmonic nanostar from a single 4D-STEM diffraction map

This research aims the structural characterization (3D shape and atomic structure) of plasmonic nanostar with 4D-STEM aided by precession electron diffraction. The data was acquired in the University of Cambridge with a ThermoFischer Spectra 300 microscope equipped with a Quantum Detector Merlin) and the Nanomegas precession control system.
