RNA sequencing was performed to compare the gene expression in tomato roots upon infection with the wild-type rhizogenic Agrobacterium K599 strain, the rolB? mutant strain and the rolB? strain with the constructs expressing either the native rolB oncogene or the rolBmEAR2 mutant.
